Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our Plastics Division. This position offers a competitive compensation package along with full company benefits.

Responsible for new business development and maintaining existing accounts for the Howell Plastics Division. This position will be responsible for thermoforming plastic sales in the eastern United States. This is a career opportunity for an applicant with a minimum of five years of industrial or business-to-business sales experience at the corporate level. The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree and experience in thermoforming sales.

Line Supervisor

Lead a team of production employees working on an assembly line to achieve production rate objectives and ensure adherence to FDA regulations and safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Must be able to perform production tasks as needed, dictated by customer requirements. Knowledge or experience in the pharmaceutical industry/life sciences is helpful, but not required. Prior supervisory experience or leadership is required. On-the-job training is provided.

Machine Set-up Mechanics and Machine Operators

Learn to set-up and run high speed equipment in our Plastic Thermoforming or Folding Carton facility. Must be able to apply your mechanical skills to solve a variety of challenging makeready set-ups and machine adjustments. Solid mechanical and trouble-shooting skills are essential. Previous experience is not necessary. On-the-job training is available for the right candidates. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Training in a technical/vocational program is preferred. Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift following training.

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and plant assets in our state-of-the-art facilities. Candidate must possess a strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of plumbing, welding, and operating lathe and milling machine. High School graduate with the ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints and three years of experience repairing large machines, along with a valid driver's license is required. A two-year technical degree and practical experience in industrial power distribution (high voltage) is a plus.

Warehouse Material Handler

Warehouse operations are a crucial part of our business. You will become an essential team member and play a key role in our mission to satisfy our customers. You will work in a growing, fast-paced manufacturing company, loading and unloading trucks, staging raw material, and managing inventory. Our working environments are exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and safe. Prior experience operating material handling equipment such as forklift and hand truck is helpful. High school equivalency is required.

Skilled Manufacturing

Work as a team on an assembly line to achieve production line objectives and meet customer requirements. Rotate through a variety of jobs, and learn new skills. Packing, inspecting, loading, palletizing, and material handling. Tell us what you are good at, and we will find the right fit and career for you. Must be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift following training. On-the-job training is provided.
